Lab Technician
Job Summary:
Join our diagnostic team as a Lab Technician. You will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating diseases. This role is ideal for a meticulous individual with a strong background in medical laboratory technology and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and prepare patient samples such as blood, urine, and tissue for analysis.
- Perform laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, and biochemistry.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control in all test results.
- Maintain detailed records of tests and report findings to medical staff.
Requirement
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT).
- 1-3 years of experience. Experience in a hospital laboratory is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling lab equipment and knowledge of safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
