Job Summary:
As a Nursing Superintendent at Sevasadan Lifeline, you will be the leader of our nursing team. This senior role requires a seasoned nursing professional to oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of compassionate and high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for staff management, strategic planning, and maintaining clinical excellence across all nursing departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the entire nursing staff to foster a professional and caring environment.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Oversee nursing schedules, staff assignments, and patient-to-nurse ratios.
- Monitor quality indicators and implement infection control measures to ensure patient safety.
- Demonstrate expertise in emergency handling and crisis management.
- Collaborate with hospital administration to plan budgets and allocate resources for the nursing department.
Requirement
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Nursing or Nursing Administration.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in hospital nursing, with significant leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of quality indicators, infection control protocols, and nursing best practices.
- Proven skills in emergency response, staff management, and team leadership.
- Current, unrestricted nursing license.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
