TPA Executive

Job Summary:

Join our administrative team as a TPA (Third Party Administrator) Executive. You will be the primary liaison between patients, insurance companies, and our hospital, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for insurance claims and cashless services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the TPA/Insurance desk and assist patients with their insurance-related queries.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for pre-authorization and claim processing.
  • Verify insurance coverage and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Maintain accurate records of all insurance claims and settlements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding their billing and insurance.

Requirement

  • Any Graduate degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience. Experience at a TPA or hospital insurance desk is preferred.
  • Good understanding of medical insurance policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
